Andy is a Partner in the Technology Practice at Odgers Interim. He focusses on helping Technology companies to secure world-class interim executives across a range of disciplines.

During his time at Odgers Interim, Andy has worked with Technology companies of all shapes and sizes, ranging from pre-revenue start-ups, VC and PE-backed growth companies, through to post-IPO corporates on the international stage. Within these areas, Andy has successfully delivered on several high-profile assignments, including executive leadership roles at the CEO, MD and COO level.

Additionally, he has built up a significant track record in the placement of functional specialists, ranging from Finance (CFO, FD, GFC), HR (Chief People Officer / HRD, Head of Talent/L&D/Reward), IT (CIO, CTO, CISO), Commercial (CCO, CRO, Head of Sales), Marketing (CMO, VP of Brand / Performance) and Transformation (CTrO, Head of Portfolio/Programme/Project).
