Jes Ladva | Managing Partner, Government
Jes Ladva is Managing Partner and Head of the Odgers Interim Government Practice with additional responsibility for our Financial Services, Digital, Data and Technology Practices. Jes also contributes to the company’s management consultancy division, Odgers Connect, which enables him to offer clients organisation change management capabilities alongside interim managers.
Jes has over 20 years’ experience in the sector having initially worked in government. He is widely recognised in the sector as a trusted advisor, capable of identifying and developing aspiring talent in line with the current and future challenges experienced across both local and central government.
Jes has been a proud supporter of public sector leadership, often having spoken at events advocating the merits of leaders in the public sector. Jes is also a director of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation where he has worked at ministerial level to ensure high standards across the industry and was involved in the influential Women in Boards working group on promoting gender equality at executive levels.
